This is a sports blog with predominantly basketball content and a lot of hometown coverage seeing as we live in the city of Toronto. All year I've done pieces on the players, the team, their upside and pitfalls and I'm finding myself getting a little annoyed with the hometown squad. Today's game however was a matter of who has the bigger balls, as both teams have identical records, the winner of this game literally had to show who had the bigger set.
Chicago, set the pace early and dictated the entire game from the 1st Q onwards in our own house. I never report games or do report style posts, nor will I now, but if your reading this blog then you most likely watched the game and are thinking the same thing as I am....wtf. Mind you we had no Bosh and he's a complete game changer, but w/o Bosh in the mix these two teams are very evenly matched. Seriously, the comment box is below if you disagree and I'd love to hear otherwise, but from a player for player comparison (not including Bosh) these teams are fairly even. And that's what erks me, it was a matter of who wanted it more, simple. I wrote earlier my 'predictions' and a brief outlook on the Bulls, I'm 0-1 right now but stick behind my sentiment on the Bulls.
"Chicago's offense is too unreliable, and at times they do not play with heart nor urgency, really shaky to team to watch and bet on for that matter...." - see below!
I stick behind it, heart however, ill retract my statement or will simply say I'm wrong. The Bulls on the road walked into the ACC with an entire arena agaisnt them, in a must win situation and did what they had to do. Respect.
So where do we go from here Raptor nation? I don't know, I don't know if we'll make the post season, I don't know if Andrea will ever get certain '5' fundamentals thru his head, I don't know if Bosh will stay, I don't know where he'll go if he does bounce. I will say this however, as I've told all my boys this from day one when this team won against the Cavs in the season opener. We're a team that's one move away (FA/ trade/acquisition) in being a great team, and one move away from rebuilding. That's the truth, cause if Bosh does decide to call it a day, BC needs to get back to that drawing board and listen to the fans, the radio and the blogs/message boards and move in the right direction. You are not going to win a chip either way next year, but you need to make the fans in this city happy and excited. Bottom line. Please see the:

If the Raps make the post season, then great, but they will play the Cavs and its gonna be a quick 4-5 game series and that's that. I wanna look back at this and eat my words but I'm not sure ill ever get that chance. Ill keep the raps thoughts and coverage going regardless but not as frequent as I do now. Some award predictions, playoff thoughts and cool a$$ stuff will be done frequently and with passion.
